SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Options and Costs
We ship with Royal Mail.
Shipping at checkout is:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.80 – typically delivered within 2–3 working days.

Free UK Delivery on all orders over £35.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking link.
You can also track your order through your Royal Mail account or directly at royalmail.com.
Failed Deliveries and Missed Parcels
If you're not home when Royal Mail attempts delivery, they may:

Leave your parcel with a neighbour

Leave it in a safe place

Take it to your local Delivery Office or Post Office
A "Something for You" card will be left with instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

An incorrect address provided at checkout

Repeated failed delivery attempts

Failure to collect the parcel within Royal Mail's holding period
you may be charged for re-shipping.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Royal Mail considers a parcel "lost" only after 10 working days have passed since the due delivery date.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at info@unclejoesnaturals.com with your order number and we'll investigate with Royal Mail.
If Royal Mail confirms the parcel is lost, we'll either:

Resend your order, or

Issue a full refund
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at info@unclejoesnaturals.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of:

The damaged packaging

The damaged product
We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We're unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange:

Re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply), or

A refund minus the original shipping cost
