Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging with at least 75% of the product remaining, and you'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@unclejoesnaturals.com. We'll respond with a return authorisation and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Once your return is approved, we'll cover the cost of return postage by sending you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label. You can always contact us at info@unclejoesnaturals.com with any return questions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used beyond the amount needed to assess the product. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you a 14-day right to cancel from the date you receive the goods.
